This course provides an overview of the J2EE technologies - XML, EJB, JMS, and WebServices - and shows how the Integration Framework takes advantage of those technologies to integrate the ISM & Maximo product set with any external system. This course does not require Java knowledge, and does not cover how to customize the Integration Framework. Customization is covered in the Integration Framework Customization course (TR640). This course is the pre-requisite for the IBM Integration Framework Customization course. This course is not part of the formal Tivoli curriculum. The materials are updated frequently and bypass the formal course editing and production processes.
